Born from the tragedy, the Neal Peter Memorial Foundation intends to carry out its mission of “supporting underprivileged young soccer players” by providing financial assistance to families who are supporting their kids pay for soccer game / club / equipment associated costs. Many gifted students may be underrepresented due to financial constraints, and this scholarship program will be sensitive to these challenges.
